Revolution!!!

If you weren't online for whatever reason last night then you may not be aware of the fur McFlying on Super City last night.

After the last few weeks of claiming that there was going to be a massive crackdown on people leaking content, there was a sudden reversal of roles when it was announced that videos would be uploaded to youtube BY Super City, but that subscribers would still see them first.

Which instantly led to an uproar from fans demanding to know what they were actually paying for? £69 is a LOT of money, especially if other people are getting the same content for free. Many of us felt it was Super City's way of trying to hide the fact that they either a) didn't know how to combat the leaks b) couldn't be arsed to combat the leaks.

Webmaster has now posted the following statement:

"People of Super City- In light of new developments we are working together to create a new subscription model to make it better value for everyone."

Whether this will translate to Super City being cheaper or us actually getting the stuff they promised us is another matter entirely. But obviously they've realised that fans weren't happy. So that's half the battle won. Many of us are looking into the matter on a legal basis. Becuase we feel that Super City is treading a VERY thin line in terms of consumer contract.
